Meet Heidi. When she began the PHP Successful Employment Program in 2002, Heidi was discouraged, frustrated and unable to find a job. With her unemployment benefits ending, Heidi was desperate to find a way to feed and shelter her three children. Heidi attended every workshop, mentoring and coaching session that PHP had to offer. With no more than a high school diploma, Heidi consistently applied for good jobs and was hired for an entry-level position at Zions Bank in September 2003. She quickly proved to be a dependable, determined go-getter and has since earned several raises and promotions. Heidi continues to be one of Zions Bank’s top producing employees. Sam Olson, Assistant Director of Sales in the Treasury Management Department of Zions Bank says, “Heidi has found herself in this department. She believes in what she does here.” |
